I wonder why it is legal for the smut peddlers to hand out cards with pictures of women that are so nude that it leaves nothing more for the imagination.
Yet it is illegal to sell bottled water on the strip which is what the locals here call Las Vegas Boulevard. Can someone out there tell me what is wrong with this picture.

Selling Bottled Water On Las Vegas Blvd. is Illegal?
According to the City Counsel, Selling Bottled water is now illegal. If caught you could face up to $1000.00 fine and or six months in CC DC Clark county detention center.
Seriously? People need to pay their bills. The City needs to focus on the idea that there are honest people struggling and creating crime-less victimless jobs. Selling water may not be a full time or even on payroll, but it is a job. Keeping up with restocking ice and water. As the argument is, they are not paying their taxes at the of the season. It is only seasonal, not like it is all year.
